“Striking, bold veins, used through the kitchen design”
Our customer wanted to choose a marble effect quartz for their hub of the home that really stood out against their lightly coloured kitchen cabinets. The Calacutta Statuari was chosen and a new lease of life was bought to this hub of the home.
The prominent veins blend very well within the design scheme, making a very elegant kitchen that can be used for many years to come.
A large island sits in the centre of the room featuring lots of storage and an overhang for the perfect seating area. We fabricated two chopping boards in the same quartz and finished it off with upstands. The chopping boards are perfect to have either side of the hob when using hot pans.
This type of quartz is new to the range and is already proving a hit. It features a white background with large grey veins throughout. This quartz can also be mitred for a waterfall effect and looks breathtaking down the ends of an island or the main run of units.
