“It’s GBBO time, The Great British Bake Off is back!”
With a new show entering our screens for the 8th series, there has been a few changes in the tent… Mary, Mel and Sue have left the iconic TV show (I still miss them and I bet a lot of other people do too), but there is still the old GBBO magic that is alive and well with the new judges and presenters. Paul Hollywood was the only one to have jumped ship to the other side.
It appeared on our screens on 29th August this year for the 8th series, with it being the first of The Great British Bake Off to be broadcasted on to channel 4, due to the productions company Love Productions moving the show. It seemed to prove hard who was going to fill the boots of Mary Berry, but they were on a quest to replace the iconic baker and found Prue Leith.
