Induction Hobs
The Gaggenau range of induction hobs include flush-mounted or surface-mounted options, features such as automatic shut-off, pan detection and up to 9 power levels are all available features. Modular cooking surfaces from the Vario range allow you to combine a number of different cooking surfaces and ventilation appliances, all with control knobs fitted at the front.
Steam Ovens
Gaggenau are the original inventors of the steam oven. Their ovens feature a fixed inlet and outlet water connection with five humidity levels and temperatures of up to 230 °C, which enable it to do just about everything: steaming, baking, simmering, braising, regenerating, extracting juice, as well as grilling and browning. Thanks to accurate temperature regulation, food can even be cooked sous-vide.
Extraction
Extraction and ventilation systems from Gaggenau combine unique design and extra versatile function. There are a range of ceiling mounted, table mounted and downdraft extractors depending on the layout of your kitchen and your requirements.
Dishwashers
Dishwashers in the 400 series and 200 series provide clear communication via their TFT displays, as well as handle-free push-to-open doors, projection of the remaining wash cycle time onto the floor and clever loading options for large and precious items. Additionally the 400 series offers a backlit interior that softly illuminates your pristine dishes and Zeolite technology for improved drying performance. This is dishwashing with care and efficiency.
Refrigeration
Fully integrated refrigerators, fridge-freezers and freezers with multiple climate zones are available in both the Vario 400 series, Vario 200 series, while the cooling 200 series are free-standing appliances. The Vario 400 series’ stainless steel interiors are illuminated by LED light pillars. The Vario 200 exceptional internal space includes Gastronorm-specific shelving. The wine climate cabinets’ two temperature zones allow you to store, prepare and showcase your collection.
Washing
The washing machine and separate tumble dryer boast exceptional A+++ and A++ energy ratings respectively. Both have large portholes with doors that open a full 180 degrees and a spacious, well lit drum. The washing machine offers an intelligent dosage system, anti-stain and anti-crease programmes, plus a top-up capability. The dryer houses a self-cleaning heat exchanger, heat pump technology and anti-crease cycle. This is how precious pieces deserve to be cared for.
